What originally attracted me to Synergy was the company’s fresh and practical approach. The 1+1=3 approach, combined with the development of solutions from the perspective of implementation, can be seen in everything we do. I started working for Synergy as a fresh finance graduate. My academic background has proved useful, but the many projects I’ve participated in have given me a deeper practical insight into the business logic of different industries – the food, construction, electronics, engineering and healthcare industries, for example.
